XIGNAL&MT, an international crypto trading platform, was approved as the first digital currency exchange on September 18, 2020 (Kazakhstan Industrial and Infrastructure Development Department), and was also registered to the Astana Financial Center. XIGNAL&MT founder Henry Kim concluded:
